DEAR BUYERS,

Thank you for your interest in 107 Colbeck Drive! I hope this letter finds you well and filled with excitement as you embark on the journey of finding your new home. As you are about to make one of the most important decisions in your life, I thought it might be helpful to share some of my favourite features of this house.

 

This house has been home to myself, my 3 children, and 1 grandchild, and it is definitely a generational home filled with lots of laughter, joy, and love. It has truly been our shelter through many storms! It has also been the safe haven to many of my kids’ friends as well, so it will always hold a special place in my heart.

 

One of the features I adore most about our home is the backyard. This expansive, private retreat has been our sanctuary. We will miss the good times on the deck and the fireflies we chased in the night. Many deer, rabbits, and hundreds of birds have visited our home and live in our trees. Back to nature is truly found here. We have countless memories of warm summer nights spent here, under the starlit sky.

 

If you’re new to the area, I highly recommend exploring the local gems that make this community special. Take a leisurely stroll around Chippawa Park or enjoy a peaceful afternoon kayaking on the Welland River. Don’t miss out on a round of golf at the nearby Cardinal Lakes Golf Course, where the views are as enjoyable as the game itself. And for a taste of the local culture, the nearby markets and cafes offer delightful experiences that truly capture the spirit of Welland.
