DEAR BUYERS,
Perhaps the most wonderful thing about this home is the fact that it was the only place my parents called home during their 50 years of marriage. After my dad passed away, my mom continued to live here as it was small enough for her to take care of herself, but big enough for her needs. This was her “happy place” and she never wanted to change a thing about the home. She loved it the way it was, panelling and all!
My brother and I lived here until we moved away as young adults, and always had a safe place to return to whenever we visited. There are so many wonderful memories that our entire family has in this house and I am definitely going to miss that.
The home is close to many amenities, and as my mom did not drive, this was ideal for her. Also, there are many nearby walking trails, including many along the Welland Canal. There are a couple of parks close by for children and that my brother, cousins, and I played at as we were growing up. There are also several schools in the area that accommodate both English and French backgrounds.
My brother and I wish you the very best in your house hunt and do hope that you will give our home serious consideration. We have loved calling 305 Lincoln Street our only family home and we know you will love it too.
We’ve loved calling it our home, and are ready to pass the torch to the next owners.
Tammy
