As you move towards the building, you’ll immediately notice how far back it is, making it feel like your own private and peaceful getaway. Since it backs onto the beautiful Garden City Golf Course, you’ll also appreciate the stunning views. When you’re inside the suite relaxing or cooking, feel free to leave your balcony door open - this corner unit offers total privacy, so you’ll love hearing nature all around.

 

This suite was hand-picked for many reasons, one of which being how well-situated it is. The elevator is close to the suite and the underground parking space is very close to the exit door. As it is a new building, the innovative technology and amenities throughout are top-notch! The Smart One app is efficient, easy to use, and offers extra security with an alarm system. It can be difficult to find an affordable gym so it’s great to have the impressive on-site gym facilities that are open 24/7. There is also a garden and backyard BBQ facility, games room, and pickle-ball court, so you’ll enjoy spending as much time out of the suite as you do in it!

 

If you're new to the area, you should definitely check out and explore the parks and trails nearby, including the beautiful Bruce Trail!
