DEAR FUTURE HOMEOWNER,

There’s something truly special about this neighbourhood. Tucked away in a quiet area with beautiful big trees, every house feels unique, just like the people who live here. The community is warm and welcoming with neighbours who always say hello as they pass by. Our children love riding their bikes around the block, and the nearby schools, parks, and convenience stores have made day-to-day life so easy.

 

One of our favourite spots is the community garden on York Street, where events bring people together. We even have our own Facebook page, Fitzgerald Neighbours, where everyone shares updates and supports one another. And when the Grape and Wine Parade comes through Montebello Park each year, we’re lucky enough to be right near the action. It’s a tradition we’ve always looked forward to.

 

As for the house itself, we’ve made so many wonderful memories here. The exposed brick inside gives the space so much character, and the open living room has been perfect for hosting. It’s a spot where everyone can gather, spread out, and still feel connected. Our bedroom has been a cozy retreat, especially with its large window that offers a lovely view of birds visiting the trees outside. It's also been a special space for our kids to join us for movie nights or sleepovers and moments we'll always cherish.

 

In the summertime, the backyard has been a personal oasis. Whether we brought work home to finish or just wanted to sit outside to relax, it has been the perfect spot to enjoy the cool shade and calm surroundings.

Gosh, we're going to miss it here!
