Responsibilities
-
​Connect with leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads

Attend showings and show homes to prospective buyers

Promote and conduct open houses

Ability to prospect for new business

Strong skillset of building rapport and establishing trust

Take a lead from initial meeting to showings to negotiating a purchase/sale agreement

Attend regular team meetings as well as brokerage provided training sessions
